If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to your employer as well as to you as a representative of your employer. Should you cease working for your employer, your employer may continue to operate under this agreement.

Definitions

• ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to any person who downloads, purchases digital images and using the Needimages.com.au website.
• ‘Content’ refers to all of the content feature and displayed on the website, including but not limited to, Digital images, software and all other text, graphic, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, and software that is associated within the Needimages.com.au website.
• Digital image(s) refers to the low resolution and high resolution that is available for purchase and download from the Needimages.com.au website.
• ‘Invoice’ refers to terms of payment and invoice sent to you in accordance with the terms and conditions.

All subject matter, content, images and software that is contained within the pages of Needimages.com.au is all subject to copyright situations - in Australia and elsewhere - that belong to Needimages.com.au and to other people. Content that is directly available through the usage of the Needimages.com.au website (images, software etc.) is available to you but does not grant you ownership rights to these items contained within. Complaints in regards to services at Needimages.com.au

Needimages.com.au strives to provide the best quality images with great service to our clients. If at any time you have a grievance with our services, we will aim to have that grievance resolved prior to the need of a complaint. In this instance, you should retain all copies of transaction receipts, invoice and documentation of transactions with Needimages.com.au in order to prove and explain any claim you may have with Needimages.com.au.

Please refer all complaints regarding the service and provision of goods and services available at Needimages.com.au to assist@needimages.com.au clearly describing the nature of the complaint and grievance.
