Thank you for inquiring about joining our team at Needimages, we are constantly looking for new photographs to expand our stock library. We are a professional business and are looking for extraordinary photographers, while most of our photographers are professional we do welcome talented amateurs, however only if your work is of high quality.

For us to accurately evaluate your work we ask you to fill out our submission form and send us 100 examples of your work. Please only submit images that are of high quality, you may submit different subjects but please show us an in depth coverage of one subject. Please organize your images in a logical order.

If you require your work to be returned please include a self addressed envelope or box with a pre paid couriers bag, or postal order with sufficient payment to cover return shipping, we return all work via couriers. Please make sure you have attached your correct street address, any submissions without return postage will not be sent back.

All submissions must be sent with a completed submission form that has been signed and dated. Please submit images on CD (our preference), Zip or Jaz disc or DVD format, a digital portfolio must also be included. While we take great care with your work all submissions are sent at your own risk and Needimages assumes no liability for lost or damaged photographs.

After viewing your work and have determined if your work is suitable for Needimages we expect you to submit a minimum of 500 images per year. Download our photographer's submission form here.
